Biography

I am a licensed NeuroPositive LIfe Coach with the Applied Neuroscience Institute.  I am a self-motivated leader who is both experienced and highly skilled as a psychotherapist and life coach.  I am a natural networker and Stage 4 Tribal Leader dedicated to building a “we” team-mentality in couples, businesses, and systems.  I am a strategic planner, organized, positive and enthusiastic, as well as spiritually connected, curious, and have a love of learning.  I am achievement-oriented, playful, and loving.  I accomplish the goals that I set for myself and empower my clients to do likewise for themselves.

My specialty is as a “Positive Pairing” coach who specializes in working with committed couples wanting to deepen into a more “generous and spacious” partnership that mirrors the best in one another, as well as to invest the love they share for and with others.
